Generating Usage Stats:

• Using the 'InfoTrac Config' URL that you will be given, enter the username and password and click the proceed button.
• Click the reports link to procede to the next page:



• Scroll to the bottom of the page. In the 'Location' section, select the relevant link:
  Here it says 'webdemo', this will be different and unique to your institution.
  
  

• View Now
  This link enables you to view either Usage Summary, Usage by Database or usage by Time-of-Day / Day-of-Week seperately for a specific time span - on the screen in front of you.
• E-mail
  By clicking this link, reports can be generated immediately for a certain time span and emailed directly to a specific mailbox.
• Sign Up for Monthly
  In the same way, by using this link and entering the necessary details, our server can be told to send you automated usage statistics each month. These reports can be sent to up to three mailboxes.
